Poetry mehfil by Anannya & Charumathi

Parwaaz, the poetry sub-group of MHG organised a poetry reading session on 23rd June 2017 by poets Anannya Dasgupta (Daily Riyaaz) and Charumathi Supraja.

MHG UCMS visited Bucksbaum Institute for Clinical Excellence and the MacLean Center for Clinical Medical Ethics from  22-25 May 2017 at the University of Chicago in the second phase of Disarming Dialogues in Humanities and Ethics workshop.

MHG UCMS conducted an outreach workshop on Medical Humanities at Jorhat Medical College, Assam from 10-12 Sept 

At the invitation of MCI, the MHG, UCMS facilitated a session on ‘Medical Humanities’ during the launch of Attitudinal and Communication skills (ATCOM) module on 12-13 and 26-27 June. The session included history of medicine, poetry, graphic medicine, student narratives and techniques derived from Augusto Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed.
