Faculty Development Workshop
OBJECTIVES
We hope that the workshop will allow participants to be better able to:

Have a greater understanding of how students learn, and utilize different learning technologies when appropriate.

Have a range of strategies from which to plan, implement and evaluate their own teaching to engage students in the learning process.

Demonstrate competence and skill in understanding and using a range of assessment methods commonly used in Medical Education.

Give feedback in an appropriate manner.

Employ goal-seeking behavior and team-work in medical education, and as life skills.
